THE IDEA 

The idea that led to the establishment of the Martini & Rossi Observatory was conceived in 1987, arising from the need to strengthen the link with the territory in agreement with the grape growers, unifying them with the company, which then processes the grapes and markets the wines. This defined the completeness of the cycle: from the land to the bottle.

The aim is always to pay the utmost attention to every stage of production, safeguarding the territory, sustainability and the economy by promoting this excellent product – Asti spumante – all over the world.
